To provide our specialized NumaScan testing and wellness services, we collect the following:

  • Personal Identifiers: Your name, email address, and phone number.

  • Sensitive Data (Health & Biometric): Because the NumaScan measures mineral levels, trace elements, and heavy metal concentrations via skin spectrophotometry, this is classified as “Sensitive Data” under Minnesota law.

  • Physical Characteristics: Your age, blood type, height, and weight, which are necessary to calibrate the NumaScan device for accurate results.

2. How We Use Your Information

NumaThrive processes your data strictly for professional wellness purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To perform the scan and generate your personalized nutritional and heavy metal report.

  • Consultation: To review your results with you and provide wellness insights.

  • Communication: To manage appointments and send your digital reports.

  • Non-Disclosure: We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties. We do not share your data with supplement manufacturers or marketing firms.

Under the MCDPA, you have the following rights regarding your data at NumaThrive:

  • Right to Correct: You may ask us to update or fix any inaccuracies in your profile.

  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your records, subject to certain legal or medical record retention requirements.

  • Right to Question Profiling: The NumaScan uses automated software to evaluate health markers. You have the right to ask questions about how the technology reaches its conclusions and to contest an automated result.

4. Explicit Consent for Sensitive Data

We will never perform a scan or process your health data without your explicit, opt-in consent. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time; however, this will prevent us from providing further scan-related services.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to keep your scan results secure. We retain your records for a period of seven (7) years to allow for long-term health tracking and comparison, after which your data is securely destroyed or de-identified.
